Cancellation Policy

Transactions involving flights with AIR INTERSALONIKA Η.Α.Τ.T.C.S.A.

The amount of the fare paid by the Client by bank transfer via e-banking or credit card billing includes all the individual charges related to the flight and are detailed in the “General Charter Terms” form signed by the Client. The Charterer retains the right to suspend or terminate the flight once it has not been fully paid.

The Client has the right to cancel the agreed flight under the following conditions:

–       If the cancellation has been notified 72 hours prior  the agreed date and time, 30% of the total amount will be withheld by the operator

–       If the cancellation has been notified within 72 to 24 hours period  prior  the agreed date and time, 50% of the total amount will be withheld by the operator

–       If the cancellation has been  notified within 24 hours prior to the agreed date and time, 100% of the total amount will be withheld by the operator

–       If the cancellation occurs due to unforeseen event such as adverse weather, beyond the actions of the client, then a maximum effort will be  applied in order to reschedule the flight for another day and/or time. In case that such a rescheduling is not possible, then the total amount will be refunded to the charterer by the operator.

It is noted that the remaining balance is to be refunded to the charterer within 2 working days from the date of the cancellation.

Security – Transaction terms

The website www.airintersalonica.gr does not, in any case, ask for or has even less intention of storing details of the user’s credit card every time he uses it for payments.

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

Credit Card trading terms are those defined by the Alpha e-Commerce platform of Alpha Bank.
