Prohibited Items<\/h1>\n

E<\/strong>PASSENGERS, HAND LUGGAGE AND CHECKED BAGGAGE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Subject to applicable safety regulations, passengers are not permitted to carry the following items in the helicopter cabin:<\/p>\n

a) Weapons, firearms and other devices that discharge projectiles, devices capable or appearing capable of being used to cause serious injury by discharging a projectile, including:
\n<\/strong>\u2013 All types of firearms, such as pistols, revolvers, rifles, carbines.
\n\u2013 Toy weapons, replicas and imitations of firearms that could be mistaken for real ones.
\n\u2013 Component parts of firearms, with the exception of telescopic sights.
\n\u2013 Air and CO2-powered weapons, such as pistols, pellet guns, rifles and ball-bearing guns,
\n\u2013 Flare launchers and starter pistols,
\n\u2013 Bows, crossbows and arrows,
\n\u2013 Harpoons and spearguns,
\n\u2013 Slingshots and stone launchers.<\/p>\n

b) Stunning devices, devices specifically designed to stun or immobilize, including:
\n<\/strong>\u2013 Immobilization devices, such as stun guns, electric shock weapons and electric shock batons,
\n\u2013 Non-lethal animal stunning and killing devices,
\n\u2013 Chemical neutralizing and immobilizing substances and gases, such as neutralizing gas, pepper spray, tear gases, acid sprays and animal repellent sprays.<\/p>\n

c) Sharp-pointed or sharp-edged objects capable of being used to cause serious injury, including:
\n<\/strong>\u2013 Cutting items, such as small and large axes and hatchets,
\n\u2013 Ice picks and ice breakers,
\n\u2013 Razor blades,
\n\u2013 Box cutters,
\n\u2013 Knives with blades longer than 6 cm,
\n\u2013 Scissors with blades longer than 6 cm from their pivot point,
\n\u2013 Martial arts objects with a sharp point or sharp edge,
\n\u2013 Swords and sabres.<\/p>\n

d) Work tools, tools capable of being used to cause serious injury or threaten the safety of the aircraft, including:
\n<\/strong>\u2013 Crowbars,
\n\u2013 Drills and drill bits, as well as cordless portable electric drills,
\n\u2013 Tools with a blade or shaft longer than 6 cm that can be used as weapons, such as screwdrivers and chisels,
\n\u2013 Saws and cordless portable saws,
\n\u2013 Blowtorches,
\n\u2013 Bolt guns and nail guns.<\/p>\n

e) Blunt instruments, objects capable of being used to cause serious injury when used aggressively, including:
\n<\/strong>\u2013 Baseball or softball bats,
\n\u2013 Clubs and batons, police truncheons, nightsticks and protection batons,
\n\u2013 Martial arts equipment.<\/p>\n

f) Explosives and incendiary materials and devices capable or appearing capable of being used to cause serious injury or threaten the safety of the aircraft, including:
\n<\/strong>\u2013 Ammunition,
\n\u2013 Detonator caps,
\n\u2013 Detonators and blasting fuses,
\n\u2013 Replicas or imitations of explosive devices,
\n\u2013 Mines, grenades and other explosive munitions,
\n\u2013 Fireworks and other pyrotechnics,
\n\u2013 Smoke canisters and smoke cartridges,
\n\u2013 Dynamite, gunpowder and plastic explosives.<\/p>\n

g) Liquid products
\n<\/strong>The quantities of liquids that passengers are permitted to carry into the passenger cabin are limited to 100 ml per container. The total of these containers per passenger must fit in a single resealable transparent plastic bag of maximum capacity 1 litre. Liquids include:
\n\u2013 Water and other beverages, soups, syrups,
\n\u2013 Perfumes and colognes,
\n\u2013 Gels, including hair and bath gels,
\n\u2013 Creams, including toothpaste,
\n\u2013 Ointments, lotions and oils,
\n\u2013 Mascara and other liquid cosmetics,
\n\u2013 Sprays,
\n\u2013 Contents of pressurized containers, including shaving foam, other foams and deodorants,
\n\u2013 Liquid\/solid mixtures,
\n\u2013 Other items of similar consistency.<\/p>\n

Explosives and incendiary materials and devices that can be used to cause serious injury or threaten the safety of the aircraft, including:<\/p>\n

\u2013 Ammunition,
\n\u2013 Detonator caps,
\n\u2013 Detonators and blasting fuses,
\n\u2013 Mines, grenades and other explosive munitions,
\n\u2013 Fireworks and other pyrotechnics,
\n\u2013 Smoke canisters and smoke cartridges,
\n\u2013 Dynamite, gunpowder and plastic explosives.<\/p>\n

In addition to the above, the following are also subject to inspection:
\n\u2013 Gases:<\/strong>\u00a0Propane, butane, etc.,
\n\u2013 Flammable liquids:<\/strong>\u00a0Petrol, methanol, etc.,
\n\u2013 Flammable solids & Reactive substances:<\/strong>\u00a0Magnesium, fire starters, flares, etc.,
\n\u2013 Oxidizing substances & Organic peroxides:<\/strong>\u00a0Bleaching agents, complete body repair kits, etc.,
\n\u2013 Toxic or infectious materials:<\/strong>\u00a0Rat poison, infected blood, etc.,
\n\u2013 Radioactive isotopes:<\/strong>\u00a0Isotopes for medical or commercial use, etc.,
\n\u2013 Corrosive substances:<\/strong>\u00a0Mercury, car batteries, etc.,
\n\u2013 Vehicle fuel system components containing fuel.<\/p>\n

PORTABLE ELECTRONIC DEVICES (PED)<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n
